By accessing or using our website, or by purchasing our plastic welding equipment, welding tips, welding rods, or related products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
  • You will maintain the security of your account credentials

2 Products and Services

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of our plastic welding equipment, welding tips, and welding rods. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our return policy.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if a product you have ordered becomes unavailable.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD or CAD as indicated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Pricing errors are subject to correction, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for products listed at incorrect prices.

3 Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Drader Injectiweld. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship your order.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal or other approved payment processors
  • Purchase orders for approved commercial accounts

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order.

4 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on destination and shipping method selected. We will provide estimated delivery times at checkout, but these are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses provided by you.

5 Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Package the product securely with all original materials and documentation
  • Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team
  • Include the RA number on the outside of the package

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Note: Custom-made or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

6 Product Warranties

Limited Warranty

Drader Injectiweld warrants that our plastic welding equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, modification, or damage caused by improper operation or maintenance.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will, at our option, repair or replace the defective product or refund the purchase price.

Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY, DRADER INJECTIWELD MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

7 Proper Use and Safety

Our plastic welding equipment is intended for use by trained professionals or individuals who have received proper instruction. You agree to:

  • Read and follow all product instructions, warnings, and safety guidelines
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ensure proper ventilation when welding plastics
  • Comply with all applicable safety regulations and standards
  • Not use products in ways not intended by the manufacturer

You assume all risks associated with the use of our products. Drader Injectiweld is not liable for injuries, property damage, or other losses resulting from improper use.

8 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and product designs, is the property of Drader Injectiweld or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission. "Drader Injectiweld" and associated logos are trademarks of Drader Injectiweld and may not be used without permission.

9 User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

10 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRADER INJECTIWELD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from product use
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Delays or failures in product delivery caused by carriers

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drader Injectiweld, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of our products or services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any misuse or improper operation of our products.

12 Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Drader Injectiweld operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in our jurisdiction, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

13 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and any outstanding orders may be cancelled.

14 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15 General Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Drader Injectiweld regarding the use of our website and services.
